Dear Friends,
Margaret Kenny (Kemney) was not an orphan, Margaret was a convict, her daughter Catherine born in Sydney was the orphan. Margaret was sentenced to 7 years for stealing from Tipperary Ireland and got another 7 years in Sydney for stealing. She arrived on the ship Marian Watson with her infant daughter Catherine.
Catherine married my G, G, Grandfather, David George Ward.
Regards
Rod
